Size Guide

Racing suits fit tight by design. The compression streamlines the body and supports the muscles in the water, so a snug feel out of the water is exactly right.

Training / beginners: choose your regular size.

Racing / advanced: choose 1–2 sizes down for stronger compression.

How to measure: jammers are sized on the waist. With a soft tape kept snug but not tight, measure around the natural waistline (the narrowest part of the torso) and match it to the chart below.
