Podium Sports FZCO is registered under IFZA, Dubai as an e-commerce and sports training company. Podium Sports respects your privacy as a user of this website. Any information you supply voluntarily will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and related legislation. 

This policy aims to give you information on how we may collect and process your personal data using this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you purchase a product or otherwise interact with us.  

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.  You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. 

The personal information we collect

If you have registered with us, or ordered items from us, we will store your email address, telephone number, postal address and the method you chose to make your purchase with.  We also collect information about how you use our services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities. 

In addition, our host Shopify collects data on behalf of the company, to administer, protect and improve our services; analyse usage and improve users’ experience.  We only share personal information with others where necessary as described in this policy, or when the law permits or requires it. • Companies that assist us, to get your order to you. Such as payment service providers, and delivery companies.
• Professional service providers, such as IT consultants and website hosts who are employed to assist in the operation of our business.  
• We may disclose personal data to the following where we are under a legal duty to do so, credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies.

Marketing

If you have given us consent to keep you informed about our products and services you may receive direct marketing from us. If you no longer wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe at any time.
