Racing suits fit tight by design. The compression streamlines the body and supports the muscles in the water, so a snug feel out of the water is exactly right.

Training / beginners: choose your regular size.

Racing / advanced: choose 1–2 sizes down for stronger compression.

How to measure: with a soft tape kept snug but not tight — Chest around the fullest part, Waist at the narrowest part of the torso, and Hips around the fullest part of the hips and seat — then match to the chart below.
